1. Service Agreement

Our services are provided by Henna Art by Shabina, operated by Shabina Shaikh, based in Dubai, UAE. When you book a service, you agree that:

• All bookings are subject to artist availability and confirmation.
• Design style and coverage will be agreed upon before the session.
• Prices are based on design complexity, duration, and travel distance (if applicable).
• Home service requests outside Dubai may include additional travel charges.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your appointment, you may be required to pay a booking confirmation or advance fee. Payments can be made via approved online or offline methods (as shared during booking).

• Advance Payment: A partial deposit may be required for bridal or event bookings.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. For detailed terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information when booking or making inquiries.
• Be present at the agreed location and time for appointments.
• Inform the artist of any skin allergies or sensitivities before the session begins.
• Follow aftercare instructions provided to ensure optimal stain quality.

5. Service Limitations

While every effort is made to achieve consistent and deep henna color, the final stain results may vary based on skin type, temperature, and care. Henna Art by Shabina uses only 100% natural and skin-safe ingredients, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on hennaartbyshabina.com are the intellectual property of Henna Art by Shabina. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of designs or images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information collected during your visit or booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Henna Art by Shabina shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
